Yogi found himself at San Diego Animal Control – unable to walk on his hind foot. His owner was found but was not willing to pay Yogi’s vet costs. SCGSR rescued Yogi in March 2015 and provided him with surgery by Dr. Tarvin at VCA Animal Specialty Group in San Diego. Dr. Tarvin took Yogi’s broken foot apart and put it back together again using a bone graft and pins. After an 8 week recovery period Yogi should be as good as new. And you’ve never met a nicer, more grateful, and beautiful boy.
