Kaiser was rescued from San Diego Animal Control on March 19, 2015. Kaiser is a dog and people friendly one-year old puppy whose hips were completely out of socket and he was slated for euthanasia by animal control. SCGSR provide bilateral hip surgery the same day Kaiser was rescued. Thanks to Dr. Tugend of VCA Main Street, Kaiser was up and taking steps the next morning. Kaiser was also neuterd. Cost of veterinary care: $3,720 plus hospitalization.
