This striking girl was rescued from a high kill shelter. At first she wouldn’t leave the car, cross through doorways or go up and down stairs. With help from her foster family, dog companions and even a few kitties, she is quickly learning that life is good and that she’s safe. Jasmine is a sweetheart – very gentle, loyal and loving. SCGSR is honored to be able to rescue dogs like Jasmine and find them the loving homes they deserve.
