Kean

Sadly, on August 21, 2015. we lost Kean at only five years old. SCGSR rescued her mom, Anke, along with her litter of puppies. Kean beat the odds by being rescued, by finding a very loving family, by living with another SCGSR pup, Baylee. But she couldn’t beat lymphoma, and we’re all broken hearted to have to say goodbye so soon.

Here is what her dad had to say, and a photo album to remember her by.

“Earlier this evening our beloved Kean lost her battle with canine cancer. She was a loyal, faithful friend and companion as well as a diligent guardian. I pray she’s running in big, green fields chasing bunnies and squirrels to heart’s content. We’ll miss her dearly.”
