Samantha is an adorable 3 month old puppy who was thrown from a truck in Valley Center. Luckily a good samaritan saw this happen and got her to safety. An SCGSR volunteer rushed to get her to the rescue. She had parasites and fleas and hadn’t been cared for at all, but she still has a loving and sweet personality. Samantha was adopted one day after coming to the rescue.
