Baby Ruby was found at the side of the road, and put in a yard overnight. She was then taken to the shelter. From the shelter she went to an animal hospital where they found she had two broken ribs and a punctured lung. At 8-12 weeks old! The shelter reached out to SCGSR to help Ruby and we rushed to her aid. Ruby was in a lot of pain and had a fentanyl patch but she was loving and appreciative. She quickly healed and found a great foster home.
Ruby, now named Cali, is in a loving forever home with a German Shepherd brother and two kids of her very own. Congratulations to Ruby and her new family, we were thrilled to help Ruby on her journey to a happy and well loved life!
