My name is Elsa. I’m a darling 4 month old Shepherd mix who found myself in a scary shelter. Nobody wanted to adopt me because I needed an eye surgery – my eyelashes turned in toward my eyes. SCGSR rescued me and got me my surgery, best of all they found me a wonderful home and a forever family!
