Things were slow for a bit but we closed 2015 and started 2016 with a BANG! SCGSR is thrilled to be able to take in some very desperate cases from San Diego shelters that most other rescues pass by for more easily adoptable dogs. We get it, bilateral hip surgeries, tumor removal and spenectomies, and rescuing seniors is expensive. So while we may not be the biggest, your support allows us to help dogs who need it the most!
Our end of year and beginning of 2016 adoptions include Georgie, Jessie, Byron, Bruno, Danny, Abby, Lexxi and Teddy! Congrats to all and looking forward to helping more dogs in 2016.
