Hi, my name is Petey, I’m about 7 months old now. When I was 3 months old, my family dropped me off at the shelter because I had a little problem and they didn’t want to or couldn’t pay a vet to patch me up. SCGSR stepped in and got me better. Then I had to wait until I healed to have a special and complicated neuter!! So finally, I’m all healthy (very healthy) and done with vets for a good while!
I live with multiple other dogs, I’m a very playful youngster who adores people of all ages. I sit for treats, I’m potty trained, I ride nicely in the car, I’m crate trained and I sleep quietly in my crate at night. I do bark when breakfast and dinner are coming up – I jump around like a goof ball and it seems to speed things up! My foster family thinks I’m a husky mix – what do you think? I’m a cutie pie that’s for sure, and just waiting for a family to call my own!
