This lovely teenage girl was rescued from abuse, disease and danger from the streets of Tijuana. She was frightened and unresponsive when she came to SCGSR. Fostered with a calm, confident male German Shepherd and a calm, confident foster mom, Samantha has blossomed beyond our wildest dreams. She spends her days at a horse farm and approaches strangers readily for affection. Sammy is a true rescue!

So, he’s clearly not a German Shepherd. Linus road in the SCGSR lifeboat when he found himself in a scary shelter with a broken back leg. This tiny 12 pound wire-haired doxie is about four years old, dog, kid and cat friendly. And where else can you get a dog with a Mohawk??
